AAC Group has opened a new headquarters as the business moves into its next phase of growth. The fit-out is now substantially complete, and the building will be operational across the summer.
The move follows a sustained period of growth across both of AAC's core territories. Active programmes in Frankfurt and Dietzenbach continue to expand, while engineering, commercial and HSEQ teams have been added in Dublin to support the pipeline of mechanical, civils and reinforced-concrete work coming online over the next 18 months.
The new space was designed around how the business actually runs. Project teams, engineering and commercial functions sit together — same room, same daily stand-ups. The boardroom is small on purpose; the meeting rooms around the project floor are not.
It's a deliberate choice. AAC's growth has been built on self-delivery and direct ownership of programme — and the headquarters is set up to preserve that as the group scales.

Recruitment is open across multiple disciplines: site engineers, supervisors, HSEQ, MEP coordinators, quantity surveyors and apprentices. The next intake of graduates joins in the autumn.
